Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable time period. Whether you are entitled to a store credit or a replacement as a result of the defect item will be noted in the email. If you are entitled to a replacement or STORE CREDIT we will replace the product or credit the purchase price to a future order.
